Who we are

ProspectingPro is operated by SG6. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or sign up for ProspectingPro, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you sign up or get in touch, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company details. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, device, IP address) via standard web server logs and analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this data to provide and improve the ProspectingPro service, respond to enquiries, and send relevant product updates. Our lawful basis is either performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for) or legitimate interest (improving the service and responding to enquiries).

How long we keep it

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Sharing your data

We don't sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us run ProspectingPro (such as hosting and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it.
